As the legal guardian of the participant in the Tarifa camp, I authorize my child, whose information was provided above, to practice Kitesurfing, Surfing, and Paddle Surfing, assuming the risks associated with these sports activities.

Additionally, I agree that my child will follow the rules of the OZU Kitesurf School, and I acknowledge the Civil Liability and Accident Insurance of said school. I understand that these are high-risk sports and are not covered by Social Security.
