This Legal Notice governs the conditions of access to, use of and browsing of the CASTILLO DE LAYOS application (hereinafter the App CASTILLO DE LAYOS) and of the website https://layoscamp.com/ (hereinafter “the website”) in connection with the provision of courses, camps and accommodation services. Users are advised and recommended to read the Conditions set out below in detail, always before continuing to browse them.

Enrolment in our camps and courses, payment methods and deadlines, cancellations, what each programme includes and the conditions of participation are governed by the current Terms & conditions, which prevail over any previous version.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Information on ownership.
The owner of the App CASTILLO DE LAYOS and of the website is the company CASTILLO DE LAYOS, S.L. (hereinafter CASTILLO DE LAYOS), with NIF (tax identification number) B78583366 and registered office in Madrid, (28021), Calle Garza 11.
It is entered in the Madrid Commercial Registry (Registro Mercantil de Madrid), sheet M-8. 515, folio 125 of Volume (Tomo) 442, 2nd entry

- Users.
Access to and/or use of the App CASTILLO DE LAYOS and of the website confers on those concerned the status of users thereof, which implies acceptance, without exception, of all the conditions set out in this Legal Notice.
- Purpose.
This notice governs access to the content and services offered by CASTILLO DE LAYOS through its App CASTILLO DE LAYOS and, where applicable, its website, as well as their use by users.
In some cases, access may be specifically subject to the content and use of certain services, which may mean that the general conditions contained in this Legal Notice may be replaced, supplemented and/or modified by specific ones.

- Applicable law and jurisdiction.
The App CASTILLO DE LAYOS and the website, their ownership, the content of any kind included and/or hosted on them, as well as the rights of users, are subject to the rules and provisions of the European Union and to the Laws and Regulations in force in Spain. These legal rules shall apply to resolve any disputes that may arise between the parties.
CASTILLO DE LAYOS and the users, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they might be entitled, where applicable, agree to submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts of the user's place of domicile to settle any disputes and/or claims arising between them, provided that this domicile is in Spain.
Should the user's domicile be outside Spanish territory, both the user and CASTILLO DE LAYOS shall, for the aforementioned purposes, submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts of the city of Madrid.
