Subject: Account deletion request — Monitor app

Body (suggested): "I request the deletion of my monitor account in the LayosCamp Monitor app. My registered email is [your email] and my Spanish DNI/NIE is [your ID for identity verification]."

To verify the request comes from you, we will ask by email for a proof of identity (DNI/NIE photo or a piece of information only you could know). Time: your account will be deleted within a maximum of 30 days from verification.

What is deleted right away (≤30 days)

  • Your login email and password.
  • Your profile photo.
  • Your non-mandatory personal data: mobile, city, gender, date of birth, languages, skills, role preference.
  • Your push notification tokens and subscriptions.
  • Your local drafts inside the app.
  • Your password recovery tokens, if any.

What is deleted only if we never employed you

If you never signed an internship agreement or worked a shift with us (you were only a candidate):

  • Your DNI/NIE, Social Security number, IBAN.
  • The criminal record certificate you may have uploaded (also deleted from secure storage).
  • Your name and surname.

What is retained by legal obligation (and for how long)

If we did employ you under a contract or internship, the law requires us to retain certain data for a period. We cannot delete it earlier even on explicit request, but it is pseudonymised (not actively used) and only accessible upon competent authority request.

How we prove compliance

Each account deletion is logged internally with what was deleted, what was retained, when, and under which legal basis. This record is kept for 6 years and serves as evidence of compliance before the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) in case of complaint.

If you do not receive confirmation or have questions

Write to dpo@layoscamp.com. We respond within 1 month maximum.

If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
