Rikkyo School in England
Two weeks of full immersion in English at Rikkyo School in England, a modern independent school in Horsham, with lessons taught by native teachers, sport and cultural activities, excursions and an international atmosphere. All of it in outstanding facilities and with the LayosCamp team on hand 24 hours a day. Flights are included in the program.

Facilities include tennis courts, football pitches, an athletics track, a chapel, a dance studio and a sports hall, as well as modern laboratories and art and music studios, all set within the school’s extensive grounds. Students stay in four boarding houses with rooms of different sizes. Laundry service once a week. On arrival, students leave a £30 deposit against damage, which is returned at the end of the stay.
The day after arrival, students take a placement test so they can be grouped into classes. There are 15 hours of English a week, mostly conversation and role-play, taught by qualified native-speaker teachers. At the end, everyone receives a certificate of attendance.
- 09:00 – 10:00 The teacher introduces new material, which is reinforced through speaking, writing and role-play
- 10:10 – 11:10 Group work on a project about a topic students enjoy
- 11:20 – 12:20 A short group play, or debates on current affairs
