The Duke of York's Royal Military School
A LayosCamp program at The Duke of York's Royal Military School, in Dover. Two weeks of full immersion in English, with lessons taught by native teachers, cultural and sporting activities, excursions to cities such as London, Cambridge or Canterbury, and the LayosCamp team on hand 24 hours a day. An ideal way to learn English while living British culture in a safe, motivating setting. Flights are included in the program.

Its excellent sports facilities include a cricket pitch, several rugby pitches, a sports hall, a swimming pool, a gym, an assembly hall, an athletics track, a theatre and tennis courts. Students stay in several buildings across the school grounds, all very well furnished and with a kitchen and spacious common areas, in single rooms or rooms for two, three or four students. Laundry service. On arrival, students leave a £30 deposit against damage, which is returned at the end of the stay.
A placement test the day after arrival and 15 hours of English a week, mostly conversation and role-play. A certificate of attendance at the end.
Horse riding, football and English. Students can choose to take extra lessons in these subjects as an add-on, subject to availability.
