UK school term

A school place at a state or state-funded school in the United Kingdom, accommodation with a supervised British host family, and personal follow-up and support throughout the stay.

Anglo Connection is based in England, in the city of Plymouth. Both the director and the rest of the team live and work in the United Kingdom, which means a deep knowledge of British culture and a level of personal attention that big multinationals cannot offer. More than twenty years of experience and hundreds of students who have learnt English successfully.

There are agreements with state and state-funded schools in many places, some in cities and others in small towns; some are in Plymouth. Once the application form arrives, the schools are asked which have a place in the year group required, and the best school is chosen together with the family. A place at a particular school cannot be guaranteed, and it may be that only one school has room.

Every host family is supervised and visited by the team, with a constant line of communication so you know how the student is settling in and getting on. There is direct access to both the host family and the school, and any issue is dealt with straight away.
