How it works
What the day looks like
Three hours of activities in the morning and three in the afternoon: hand-to-hand self-defence, wilderness survival, tactical movement, and the basics of nutrition and first aid. Every day brings challenges that build willpower, perseverance and camaraderie, and at night, after dinner, there are evening sessions with cooperative games run by the LayosCamp coordinators.
